I would like to write a complain about an MP3 bought in your website, Gadgets, three weeks ago. I would like to ask for a refund or at least a new MP3 player, but the refund is a better option.
Firstly, I had some problems with the delivery method, I asked for an express delivery (between two and five working days) for which I payed the extra five euros, but the package took it is whole two weeks to arrive at home.
But I do not care that much about the five euros I payed for. This is not what I am fully complaining about. I am complaining about the MP3s condition.
When I opened the box, the MP3 was in a deplorable state:
The screen was completely shattered. It was scratches and it had lost some of its color. And lastly, the central button of the device was missing.
I am adding a picture to the description to prove that everything it’s true.
Please contact me as soon as you see this email so we can arrange a solution to this issue.
