MP3 Player
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the MP3 Player I bought last Friday on your site, Gadgets.
Firstly, when I tried to switch on the MP3, it was really difficult, because the material of the button is very delicate, so it broke very easily; now to switch it on it is necessary to have a sharp object.
Secondly, when I listened to some music, sometimes one part of the headphones do not work, and when it does work one, it does not work the other one and I tried the same headphones with other gadgets and they worked good. Furthermore, the quality of the music is awful.
Thirdly, the battery wastes very fast, if I fully charge it, ten minutes later it does have no power.
In conclusion, this product is wrongly designed, and although the buttons do not work, the quality of the product is bad.
