FORMAL EMAIL / LETTER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to protest about a MP3 Player that I bought the last Friday on the internet in your site Gadgets, which it is damaged.

The mp3 that I received does not work and the screen is broken.

Furthermore the color of the MP3 that I have asked was black and you send me a white one. Apart from that the model that I choose was superior than the one that I received.

It must have been an error and I ask you to find an immediate solution.

I suggest that you turn back the money or that you give me another one in good conditions. Otherwise I will demand against Gadgets for legal responsibility.
