formal letter - alessandra puccio


Dear Sir/ Madam

I writting you because last Friday I bought an MP3 Player at your site Gadgets.
But when it arrived, the screen was broken and even worse it does not turn on.

I went to the physical store to claim about it, because I wanted a new one, but first they made me wait for 2 hours and then they told me I'll have to wait until there were more MP3 bacause they were over. Then I decided to claim a refund, and they told that I should have taken my ID, but when I called them before if it was something necessary to carry for a refund they never told me to take with me my ID. Because of that, I am therefore writing to you to ask you for a refound of the MP3 (24,99$).
