Formal letter - Miriam Ludeña
Hello,
I am writing because last Friday I bought a new MP3 Player at your store, Gadgets. But, it turns out that it doesn't work well, I can barely listen to the music, even with full volume.
At first, I thought that my headphones might be broken, but they were not, it was the MP3's fault. Furthermore, the buttons do not work and I can not change the song that I am listening to.
I thought that the problems would end there but, when I tried to add some new songs to the MP3 it would not find them eventhogh they were downloaded into the device.
I would like to know if all of those problems are only exclusive to the device that I bought (in that case I would want a new one fully operating) or if all of your MP3 Players have this problems I think that a lot of people would want that you fix this situation.
