Formal Letter - Laia Piqué

Dear Mr. Gadgets,

Last Friday 8th I bought and a MP3 from your stores and I'm not happy with the product that arrived at my house.

 It does not look like to the one on the web, the one that arrived has a much smaller buttons I can not pass the song because the buttons are too small.

In my opinion I think that you should put on the web the size of the buttons. When I bought the MP3 I checked all the sizes and I looked the information in Gadgets page but there's any place where it indicates the size of the buttons.

For the rest of the product I am very happy but it is disappointing the fact that I can not enjoy the product because of the buttons. In my mind you should point that.
