Formal Letter Paula Vera

Dear sir / madam 

Im writing to the ''Gadget Customer Support'' because today at 9 pm I recieved my mp3 player in a really bad conditions. I ordered it last friday and in spite of the shipping was fast, I am really mad.

The first problem is that the package was quite broken and I was concerned because the mp3 could be damaged. Furthermore, the box seemed already open, it was like someone forgot to check something inside and then just closed it again. 

Secondly I ordered the mp3 in pink pastel color, and it came black. In my opinion, everybody can make mistakes but at this point  I can't let it go. May I suggest you have more control over the quality of shippings?

In conclusion, I am a frequent costumer so I believe I don't deserve this. I will think twice about buying another time in this website and I want to make a refund.
