I am writing this email because I would like to inform about my MP3, which I think it is broken.

Last Friday I was browsing on internet looking for a new MP3 and finally, I bought yours on ‘Gadgets’. However, today when I received my new music device I realized that it didn’t work, so, I was wondering If I could please change the MP3 for another one or get a coupon equivalent to the price of the gadget I bought.
