Dear Mr. / Mrs.
Hi, I'm a almost regular client. Last Friday I bought
a seemingly "new" MP3, but unfortunately it wasn't.
I came to demand that my money be returned because
they do not let me return it since I had to open it to use it and realize that
it really did not work. I have explained the reason to one of their workers and
they really do nothing about it, even if I am right. I have been a customer for
quite some time and a customer that I trust in this store and this is the first
time this has happened to me.
I hope this problem can be solved quickly and fairly,
since otherwise I will have to report them for trying to sell me something
broken.
