Email of complain - Mercè Pérez

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about the MP3 player I purchased in your website the last friday with a twenty five days warranty.
Firstly, the MP3 player I requested and paid for was a higher model. Furthermore, the packaging of the product given to me was already opened, reason why I suppose that the charger is missing.
Secondly, the turn off button is half broken and the left earphone doesn’t work. As a result of it, is impossible to turn on the device to check if it works correctly.
As you can imagine, I am extremely upset and I must insist on a repayment, then unfortunately, I will be forced to take further action.
I expect to hear from you as soon as possible.
