Pol Hermida Gil 2 BATX A Anglès Email of complain Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about the MP3 player I bought last friday on your website, Gadgets. Firstly, the product I was given was not the color model I ordered. I ordered the black model, not the yellow one. Also, it was given to me the 12 GB version, when I ordered the 64 GB one. Futhermore, when I opened the product I realised that there was no charger in the box. Fortunately, the MP3 was charged at 60%, so at least I was able to test it out. But, to make thing worse, I started the camera application and it didn’t worked out. I flipped off the MP3 and the camera was clearly broken. To make things worse, also when I opened the package there was no headphones in it, and that’s a complement that the product must take, otherwise, listening to music without disturbing anybody’s confort is impossible. As you can imagine, I demand for a full refund or otherwise I’ll be forced to take legal actions against your company. I expect to see your response as soon as possible.
