Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about my new MP3 Player, that I bought in your Site (Gadgets) last Friday.
Firstly, when I tried to change the song it's difficult to change because the button is very small, and that makes me angry because I can't change the song or I change the song many times.
Secondly, when I'm listening the music the headphones make a weird noise and it bothers me in the ear, and I think I'm not the only person who happens this, it wouldn't be bad to solve this problem.
Finally, it has a small dent, that when it has arrived in the package I already had it, I will try to spend tomorrow to see if we can fix these problems.
