Nowadays, alcohol and tobacco are legalized drugs available to anyone, indifferently if they are adults or not. For this reason, should the government make alcohol and tobacco illegal?
First of all, we have
to understand that making this drugs legal are a way for the government to
control this market in particular and earn money.
Secondly, valuing all
the drugs that exist and its culture, maybe tobacco and alcohol are the ones
less judged and more accepted in general. Furthermore, it is probably because
they are the softest or at least they are considered that way.
Moreover, I think that
if the government make this kind of drugs illegal people will continue buying
them.
So, as a consequence of it, I believe that
they are more interested in maintain it legal and controlled, leaving apart
that they are harmful.
