I think that what makes help necessary is just that, that we only care about our environment and not much else. People who ignore these problems are also problems. It's obvious that help is necessary and that they have come very far. The real problem is the opposite, there is too much class difference and a lot of selfishness of those who have a lot of money that could end the hunger of entire towns.
